Why did you start SVÉRVE?
For over a decade, our founder Sukanya worked as a makeup artist on thousands of Indian faces.
She kept seeing the same problem. Products that looked great on paper didn't always work on real skin.
Sensitive skin. Reactive skin. Pigmented skin. Skin exposed to heat, humidity, long wedding days, and years of
being overlooked.
SVÉRVE was built to change that.
What does SVÉRVE stand for?
SVÉRVE is built on the belief that beauty should work with your skin, not against it.
Every product is designed to support the skin while delivering performance, because compromising your skin
for beauty should never be the standard.
What do you mean by "sensitive skin friendly"?
It means every formula starts from the same place:

Yes.

Our founder has lived with sensitive skin herself and has spent over a decade working closely with clients who
struggled to find products that didn't irritate, clog, sting, or trigger reactions.
Will your products work for acne-prone skin?
Many customers with acne-prone skin may enjoy our products.
However, every skin journey is different and we always recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a
patch test before use.

Because healthy skin performs differently.

What ingredients do you avoid?
Every product is evaluated individually, but our approach is simple:
If an ingredient compromises the overall skin experience, it doesn't belong in the formula.
We focus on creating products that balance efficacy, performance, and comfort.
Are your products dermatologically tested?
Where applicable, products may undergo dermatological, compatibility, stability, safety, or SPF testing.Testing information specific to each product will be available on its product page.
Are your products cruelty free?
We do not test finished products on animals.
Why don't you make unrealistic claims?
Because skincare and beauty are personal.
No product works exactly the same way for every person.
We would rather earn trust through transparency than promise impossible results.
Can I return a used product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
What if I receive a damaged product?
